  1. Preheat oven or broiler and arrange rack so lobster tails will be near heat.
  2. Pat steaks dry, season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear steaks in a hot skillet 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Brush lobster tails with butter, season, then broil or bake ~8–10 minutes until opaque and firm.
  5. Transfer seared steaks to oven if needed to finish to desired doneness, rest 5–10 minutes and serve with lobster and lemon.
