1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, mobile applications, and related services offered by PepTok and its affiliates (collectively, “PepTok,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, downloading our apps, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Services
PepTok provides software for organizing peptide-related protocols, stacks, logs, and educational content, along with community features. We may update or modify features over time.
- Account-based access to the PepTok applications and web properties
- Educational materials and reference content (“as is” informational only)
- Optional community sharing features, subject to your settings and these Terms
3. Not medical advice
Important: PepTok is not a medical provider. Nothing in the Services is professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about medications, supplements, or peptides.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
- Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- Do not misuse the Services: no unlawful activity, harassment, scraping that overloads our systems, or attempts to access data you are not authorized to view.
- You are responsible for content you post to community features and for complying with applicable laws.
5. Intellectual property
PepTok retains all rights in our branding, software, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. User content
You retain rights to content you submit. By posting content where sharing is enabled, you grant PepTok a license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Services. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.

8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepTok disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepTok and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Services.
PepTok's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid PepTok for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where applicable law does not allow such a cap.
10. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PepTok from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms, creates risk, or is required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version and revising the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance unless otherwise required by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where preempted by law or mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
